About David
David Fisch joined Vanderbilt Appraisal in 2003 and initially focused his time on the residential market in Manhattan with a specialty in high-end/complex valuation assignments. David has also dedicated a portion of his time at Vanderbilt to training and mentoring the Vanderbilt Appraisal staff. In 2007, Mr. Fisch assumed the role as the Director of Vanderbilt Appraisals commercial division. His path to Vanderbilt began in public accounting where Mr. Fisch earned his CPA. After leaving accounting he then moved to a position as a sell side equity research analyst prior to joining Vanderbilt Appraisal. In January 2010, Mr. Fisch was named Managing Partner of Vanderbilt Appraisal Company, LLC.
