The group provides litigation support; valuation for matrimonial disputes; condemnation cases; trust and estate appraisals; mortgage financing reports; and consulting assignments. The Commercial division specializes in mixed use properties and apartment buildings. Vanderbilt Commercial operates in association with Arthur C. Cohen, MAI. Mr. Cohen has earned both his MAI designation as well as an MBA degree from Columbia University. Mr. Cohen has 35 years of experience performing real estate and business valuations in the United States and abroad. Mr. Cohen's experience includes: investment analysis and counseling, market analyses, real estate appraisal, real property taxation, economic case studies, feasibility studies and expert witness testimony in several jurisdictions.
