The commercial division grew organically from the residential practice as the Company’s valued clients were seeking a one-stop source for property valuation. For all levels and types of commercial property, Vanderbilt has a team of valuation specialists who are dedicated, informed and an invaluable resource to its commercial clients who have an urgent need to discern value.
The Vanderbilt Commercial team is led by David Fisch, Managing Partner, New York State Certified General Appraiser and Certified Public Accountant.

David Fisch, CPA – Mr. Fisch is a Managing Partner at Vanderbilt Appraisal and heads up the commercial appraisal division. Mr. Fisch has been at Vanderbilt Appraisal for over 10 years and has developed expertise in both commercial and residential properties. Prior to joining Vanderbilt Appraisal, Mr. Fisch earned his CPA in the public accounting sector before becoming an equity analyst.
